Most of our clothing is true to the size. On occasion, some items may run smaller or bigger. When that is the case, we will notate in the product description.

If you believe you are in between sizes, we suggest you pick the next size up.

HOW TO MEASURE

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from Twelve29 Boutique are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery. Returns will NOT be accepted after that time frame.

Customer will be responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are NON refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, the item (s) must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all its original tags). 

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.

RETURNS PROCESS

Once your return is submitted via our online portal here, it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning.  We do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the volume of orders that we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it is received. Once your items have been inspected we will issue a store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at Hello@shop-twelve29.com.

In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered, we will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. 

In the event you provide us with the wrong shipping address, and your items are lost, we will not issue a refund nor a store credit. 

By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
